Mural at the Visitor Center of Leadville, CO
Pianos About Town is a program of the City of Fort Collins, where local artists apply to paint donated pianos. The Art in Public Places Program encourages artistic expression and appreciation to add value to the community through public art. I painted this piano over a week and a half in the square of downtown Fort Collins, and after completion the city moves the piano around town for the public to appreciate and play. I loved this project-being able to paint in public and interact with people passing by, as well as the beautiful combination of art and music.
The second mural I painted for the “Lemon Drop” themed Airbnb in Savannah, Georgia.
Located in Utuado, Puerto Rico - a historic coffee house, part of an old coffee processing mill, turned into an airbnb casita.
A mural for Three Taverns at World of Beer in Savannah, GA. Three Taverns branding is extremely colorful, lively and lush; it was an honor to represent their brand and such a fun project to paint.
Mural for Vertical Fusion Dance Studio in Fort Collins, Colorado. I enjoyed the opportunity to bring my own style, colors, and abstracted line dancers into a beautiful mountain scene for this project.
A ceiling tile I painted for Alley Cat Cafe in Fort Collins, Colorado.
A vibrant mural for the “Lemon Drop House” Airbnb in Savannah, Georgia.
Coastal Empire Brewery mural project! This was a collaboritive project with 8 other artists to paint the entire brewery. Each artist was assigned a section and was free to paint anything with the art direction being tropical and fun.
I wanted my design to be whimsical, colorful, and a fun/trippy background for anyone hanging out on the patio of the brewery.
A mural I painted in a tiny home in Fort Collins, Colorado. This was a project where I was given complete artistic freedom and I approached it with a very loose plan and thoroughly enjoyed the process.
A fun mural on a gate to enclose a patio. I was given full artistic expression with this project and I enjoyed bringing it to life-especially with the added texture of plywood.
Measuring 16 feet high at Mile High Spirits Distillery in downtown Denver, this mural is for a project called Feed Denver-to help raise money for food banks across Denver. The artistic direction for this project was complex and the timeline short, but I enjoyed the challenge that this mural brought.
I painted and donated this piece to the annual fundraiser for Leadville Mainstreet in Leadville, Colorado. The theme was “Roll With It” and I used acrylic paints on a wooden spool.
